Join Reel Life and Forgotten Children’s Ministries
A New Testament author by the name of James had some strong words for Christians over 2000 years ago. He called on believers to not merely be “hearers of the word but doers of the word.” James realized full well that hearing is easy, but doing is a whole new ballgame. You will have the opportunity to be a doer of the word by joining other men from Birmingham as they travel to Honduras to serve Forgotten Children’s Ministries. Not only will you see and experience firsthand new aspects of the faith, but you will be personally stretched in your Christian walk like never before. This trip will include devotions led by fellow team members, house-to-house food ministry, personal evangelism, and special time with the boys and girls living in the shelter. Let me challenge you to join the Birmingham Men’s Trip that doesn’t promise to be a game changer but a life changer!
Trip Costs
Total Cost is $825 + Airfare
- Tax deductible
- $825 Covers food, lodging, ground transport, insurance, supplies and administrative costs.
- Flight will cost between $500-$800

Type of Work
During this trip you will be asked to assist local missionaries in their ongoing work. You will receive instruction about the bigger picture of their work in Honduras, and will be asked to help with particular projects according to your skill level, or simply to join them in building relationships and caring for the local impoverished communities that they are working within.
